The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to nearby stores but is surrounded by a homeless and drug-infested area, making the stay uncomfortable. Despite plenty of parking, the unsettling surroundings impacted the overall experience negatively, although it was close to the NOS center.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was nice with plenty of places to walk to, but the presence of homeless people and drug activity made me feel uneasy, especially when parking. The rooms were cleanish with some issues like a broken refrigerator and an awkward layout. The service was interfering and not very friendly, with staff banging on my door and being overly strict with check-out times. The dining experience lacked any breakfast options, but the succulent organic chicken was a surprising highlight.

The hotel had some highs and lows. It had a fridge in the rooms, which was great after working outside in 100-degree weather, but they smelled awfully like smoke. The service was a mix of friendliness and unusual demands, including my fiance having to clean the room herself. The location had both positive and negative aspects, with easy access to stores but some questionable characters around. Dining was a miss with no breakfast options, and some strange encounters in the shower drain and bedsheets. Facilities were decent but nothing extraordinary.
